Nate got out of the military a few years ago and has been involved in bodybuilding ever since. He's a big guy when you first meet him, kind of quiet, but very polite.
It was kind of funny when we were doing this video because there was skinny me giving directions to this really muscular guy and he just kind of diligently followed them. For some reason, I just got a big kick out of that.
